The Upscale WeeSale, LLC is committed to selling safe products to our customers. Selling recalled items is PROHIBITED and consignors that do not check their products will not be allowed to consign at future sales of the Upscale Weesale. We promise to offer only the best items at all of our consignment sales events. Our number one goal is the safety and security of our shoppers and their children. We also expect our consignors to use and research these lists before consigning any of their items, therefore, insuring none of their items offered for sale have been recalled. It is against the law to resell products that are on the Consumer Product Safety Commission website as having been deemed unsafe for children. The “We Make It Safer” links below are a wonderful tool to check items that you plan on selling AND items that you have purchased. You can even register items that you personally own on the website and get updates if any items you have are recalled.

Every consignor, during online registration, will be required to electronically sign a waiver stating you promise to research the “We Make It Safer” to check your items for recalls that you are consigning. It is very important to us that only safe products are offered to our consignors and our customers, your child’s safety is our #1 priority. We ask that each consignor carefully check that none of their items have been recalled before bringing them to our event. As the seller/owner of an item, it is the CONSIGNOR’S RESPONSIBILITY to ensure that each item meets the required safety standards.
