WeeSale Drop-Off Guide
Everything You Need to Know Before You Arrive!
Welcome to The Upscale WeeSale! We know drop-off can seem a little overwhelming the first time, but don’t worry—we’ve made the process as easy as possible. Just follow the steps below, and our WeeTeam will be there to help every step of the way!
Step 1: Arrive, Follow the Signs, & Park
We’re located behind Ashley Furniture and next to Stars & Strikes Bowling Center.

Park your vehicle. Leave everything inside your vehicle.n
You’ll unload after you’ve checked in.
Step 2: Consignor Check-In
Our Store Manager, Lara, will:
- Check you in for your appointment.
- Give you your Consignor Presale Shopping Pass with your shopping date and time.
- Ask if you’d like to WAIT for Inspection or DROP & GO.
You have 2 options:
1. WAIT for Inspection Choose this option if you’d like the opportunity to take home any items that aren’t accepted into the sale.
Here’s how it works:
- Leave your items with our inspection team.
- Feel free to run errands, grab lunch, or relax in your car.
- Inspection time depends on how many clothing items we have to inspect. The more items, the longer it takes.
- We’ll send you a text as soon as your inspection is complete.
- Pick up any items that weren’t accepted.
Why choose WAIT?
Sometimes an item just needs a quick fix!
Examples include:
- A stain
- A missing button
- A loose hem
You can fix the issue and bring the item back later for another chance to sell.
2. Don’t want to wait? No problem! You can DROP & GO
Unload your items and you’re finished. Our inspection team will inspect everything after you leave.
If an item isn’t accepted:
- It will be grouped together with pink flagging tape.
- A pink inspection label will explain why it wasn’t accepted.
- If a stain is found, we’ll place a stain sticker exactly where we found it.
If you selected Donate Unsold Items, those rejected items will automatically be donated. Otherwise, you’ll pick them up with your unsold items after the sale.
Golden Ticket? If you receive a Golden Ticket, you’ll always receive a text message after your items have been inspected—even if you selected DROP & GO.
Step 3: Unload Your Items
After you’ve checked in, grab one of our clothing racks and take it to your vehicle.
Clothing
Please organize your clothing:
- Boys first, then Girls (or vice versa)
- Keep everything grouped by size
Place these specialty items at the front of your rack:
- Boutique
- Halloween Costumes
- Dancewear
- Collegiate Wear
- Outerwear
Shoes & Other Items
Bring your shoes and all other consignable items inside and place them in the designated inspection areas:
- Shoe Inspection
- Item Inspection Tables
Need help? Just ask! Our WeeTeam members will be throughout the building and happy to help.
Step 4: Large Items
After you’ve unloaded your clothing and smaller items, drive over to the WeeWorld Warehouse.
We’ll have signs directing you there.
Once you arrive:
- Unload your large items.
- Attach a Large Item Ticket to each item, these are provided for you at drop off.
- We’ll have examples available and volunteers ready to help if you have questions.

Before You Leave
Take one last look to make sure you’ve completed everything:
☐ Clothing unloaded
☐ Clothing organized by gender and size
☐ Specialty items placed at the front of the rack
☐ Shoes and other items placed in the correct inspection areas
☐ Large items dropped off at the WeeWorld Warehouse
