This page provides a basic overview of our WeeTag service, but the questionnaire below includes the full details and fine print on what to expect, timing, and how it works.
How It Works:
1. Register to Consign
Registration opens Sunday, January 4! Please see the ➡️ Consignor Schedule for details!
Whether you’re a new or returning consignor, you must complete this questionnaire to be considered as a WeeTag Concierge Consignor.

1. You MUST EMAIL JILL PARKER, our WeeTag Concierge Director, to let her know you’d like to use the WeeTag service. Jill will pair you with one of our awesome Tagging Partners! If you have a preference of tagging partners, please let her know!
2. Prepare Your Items
Gather everything you’d like to sell (minimum 75 & maximum of 250 items). Specifics are in the WeeTag Questionnaire above.
Make sure all items are clean, less than five years old, & neatly folded. All clothing items should be organized and divided by size and gender.
3. Arrange to Drop-Off your items
Once assigned, your tagging partner will contact you to schedule a time to drop off your items at their home.
FYI….any Large items must be dropped off at the WeeSale location during the first weekend of consignor drop off: Feb. 21-23. Once your large items are dropped off please advise your tagger so they can begin tagging those items.
4. Supply Fee
The tagging partner supply fee is $20, which covers materials such as tape, safety pins, cardstock, ink, and other necessary supplies. This fee is paid directly to your tagging partner at item drop-off. Hangers are included for up to 75 items. Additional hangers are available for $0.20 each. Any extra fee’s will be deducted from your consignor check earnings.
Let Your Tagging Partner Do the Work
Your tagging partner will take care of everything, including hanging clothing, entering items into the online inventory system, pricing, and attaching tags—so you can sit back and relax!
Post-Sale Options
After the sale, you may choose one of the following options:

Pick up your unsold items on the consignor’s unsold item pickup day: Tues. March 17.
OR

Donate your unsold item
🚨 Important Note: Any items that are not accepted by your tagging partner or do not meet quality control standards will be donated and will not be returned.
7. Fee Structure
The cost of the WeeTag service is based on the number of items tagged (see the fee schedule for details).
Fees will be deducted from your sale proceeds. Items that are rejected due to stains, wear, brand exclusions, seasonality, or safety concerns (“oops” items) will be donated —no fees will apply to these items.

The maximum number of items allowed is 250.

Preparing Your Items for Your Tagging Partner
1. Wash & Fold Clothing
Clothing must be clean and neatly folded. Please review the Brands we do not accept! Brands not Accepted
- Consignors submitting both girls’ and boys’ clothing must separate items by gender before dropping off to their tagging partner.
- Please fold outfits and any coordinating accessories together so they are priced as one item.
** Note – Items brought straight from your attic to your tagging partner is not acceptable. You must inspect and prepare them in advance.
2. Keep Sets Together

Bundle multi-part items (toys, gear, etc.) to avoid missing pieces.
3. Include Working Batteries & Light Bulbs

Items that need batteries or light bulbs must include them. Missing? $2 per battery will be charged. $3 per lightbulb.

Use Disposable Containers
Pack in boxes or containers you don’t need back—no garbage bags.

- Bring any large items (e.g., furniture, baby equipment, large outdoor toys) directly to the WeeSale the first weekend of our consignor dropoff: Feb. 21-23, 2026.

Items we reject for quality will be donated. We do not offer a pickup for these items!

FAQ’s
No, your tagger will handle hanging your clothing on hangers for you. However, the cost of hangers has increased, so if you have extra wire hangers, your tagger will gladly accept them! 😊
There is a 250-item limit for all consignors, which includes a maximum of 200 hanging clothing items.
The material fee covers the cost of supplies your tagger needs to prepare your items, including wire hangers, safety pins, tape, cardstock, printer ink, ziplock bags, and other essentials.
If you were consigning on your own, you’d be responsible for sourcing and purchasing these supplies yourself. The material fee ensures your tagger has everything they need to get your items sale-ready! 😊

Absolutely! You can pick up your pass at the sale location anytime during our drop-off week, or we can have it ready for you at the door when you come to shop. 😊🛍️
