How It Works: Simplify Consigning with WeeTag 🛍️✨
1. Register to Consign 📝
•Whether you’re a new or returning consignor, start by completing the WeeTag Consignor Agreement Google Form.
•EMAIL JILL PARKER, our WeeTag Customer Service Director, to let her know you’d like to use the WeeTag service. Jill will pair you with one of our awesome Tagging Partners!
2. Prepare Your Items 🧸👕
•Gather everything you’d like to sell (maximum of 250 items).
•Make sure all items are clean, in good condition, and include any necessary parts.
3. Arrange Pick-Up or Drop-Off 🚗📦
•A tagging partner will contact you to schedule a time to drop off your items at their home.
•Large items must be dropped off at the WeeSale location during the designated drop-off period.
4. Supply Fee 💵
•The tagging partner supply fee is $20, covering materials like tape, safety pins, cardstock, ink, and other supplies.
•Hangers are included for up to 75 items; additional hangers are $0.15 each.
•Pay the supply fee directly to your tagging partner at the time of drop-off.
5. Let Your Tagging Partner Do the Work 🙌
•Your tagging partner will handle everything: hanging clothing, entering items into the online inventory system, pricing, and attaching tags.
6. Post-Sale Options 🔄🎁
•After the sale, you can either pick up unsold items or choose to donate them.
7. Fee Structure 💳
•The cost of the WeeTag service is based on the number of items tagged (see the fee schedule for details).
•Fees will be deducted from your sale proceeds, and you’ll only be charged for items placed on the sales floor.
•Items that can’t be sold due to stains, wear, brand exclusions, seasonality, or safety concerns (“oops” items) will be returned or donated based on your instructions—no fees will apply to these items.

Preparing Your Items for Your Tagging Partner
Steps to Get Your Items Ready:
1.Wash and Fold Clothing:
•Ensure all clothing is clean and neatly folded.
•Fold outfits together—1 outfit counts as 1 item and will be priced as such.
2.Keep Parts Together:
•Bundle items with multiple parts (e.g., toys or gear) to ensure nothing gets lost.
3.Add Batteries (if needed):
•Items requiring batteries must have working batteries included. If missing, you’ll be charged $1.00 per battery.
4.Item Minimum and Limits:
•Minimum 75 items per consignor.
•Clothing item maximum is 200, and the total maximum is 250 items.
5.Use Disposable Boxes or Containers:
•Pack your items in throw-away boxes or containers. No garbage bags, please!
6.Quality Control:
•If your tagging partner has to return 30% or more of your inventory (due to broken items, stains, dirty toys/equipment), you will be charged a $20.00 handling fee, which will be deducted from your check.
7.Large Items:
•All large items (e.g., furniture) must be brought directly to the WeeSale location unless you’ve made alternate arrangements with your tagging partner.
Important Guidelines:
•Only name-brand, gently used clothing will be accepted.
•All Upscale WeeSale guidelines will be followed carefully.
•Review our list of Brands We Do Not Accept for Consignment.

We accept WeeTag consignors on a first come, first served basis. Registration is limited, so sign up early to secure your spot!

No, your tagger will handle hanging your clothing on hangers for you. However, the cost of hangers has increased, so if you have extra wire hangers, your tagger will gladly accept them! 😊
There is a 250-item limit for all consignors, which includes a maximum of 200 hanging clothing items.
The material fee covers the cost of supplies your tagger needs to prepare your items, including wire hangers, safety pins, tape, cardstock, printer ink, ziplock bags, and other essentials.
If you were consigning on your own, you’d be responsible for sourcing and purchasing these supplies yourself. The material fee ensures your tagger has everything they need to get your items sale-ready! 😊

Absolutely! You can pick up your pass at the sale location anytime during our drop-off week, or we can have it ready for you at the door when you come to shop. 😊🛍️
