🧡 WeeTeam Role Descriptions – What to Expect
Not sure which WeeTeam role is right for you? Here’s a quick breakdown of what each role involves so you can choose what fits you best!
🍿 Snacks / Meals for WeeStaff
(Venmo, Gift Cards, Crock Pot Meals, Pizza)
Love feeding people? These shifts are for providing meals or snacks for our hardworking WeeStaff during long setup and sale days.
- What you’ll do:
• Provide snacks, lunch, or dinner as outlined in the shift description
• Meals typically include crock pot + salad options and serve about 10. Only 1 meal per consignor per season! - To keep things fair for everyone, consignors may sign up for one (1) gift card total per season and one (1) meal total per season.
✨ Perfect for those who want to help but can’t be onsite for a full shift.
🧰 Hubby Haul / Hubby Help / Security & Large Item Crew
(Lifting Required)
This role is ideal for spouses or anyone comfortable with lifting and moving items.
What you’ll do:
• Help move large items (furniture, racks, bins)
• Assist with loading/unloading during setup, sale days, or breakdown
• Provide extra eyes and hands for security and large-item checkout
💪 Must be able to lift and move items safely.
🏗️ Store Setup Crew
(Some Lifting Required)
Help us transform an empty space into a beautiful WeeSale store!
What you’ll do:
• Set up racks, tables, signage, and displays
• Organize merchandise areas
• Help create a clean, shopper-friendly layout
✨ Great for those who like being hands-on and seeing the store come together.
📦 Loan a Table
(Equipment Support Role)
Have extra tables? We’d love to borrow them!
What you’ll do:
• Loan 4 (four) 6- or 8-ft tables
• Deliver during the specified window
• Pick up after the sale

🏷️ Consignor Drop-Off Crew
This team helps ensure drop-off runs smoothly for consignors.
What you’ll do:
• Put items out on the floor as they are inspected and cleared for the sales floor
• Help direct items to the correct areas
• Keep the flow moving and organized
😊 Great for friendly, organized, people-loving helpers.
🎨 Sales Floor Organizing & Merchandising Magic
Love organizing and making things look pretty? This one’s for you.
What you’ll do:
• Straighten racks and tables
• Re-size, re-sort, and re-merchandise as needed
• Keep the sales floor tidy and easy to shop
✨ Perfect for detail-oriented helpers.
🛍️ Consignor Presale Crew
Help during exclusive presale shopping times.
What you’ll do:
• Assist shoppers with questions
• Keep aisles flowing
• Help maintain an organized sales floor
🛒 Fast-paced and fun!
🛒 Community / Public Sale Floor Assistant
Support shoppers during public sale hours.
What you’ll do:
• Answer basic questions
• Help keep racks organized
• Assist WeeStaff as needed

🔄 Restock Consignor Drop-Off Crew
Help process restock items during the sale.
What you’ll do:
• Help move items quickly to the sales floor
• Keep restock flowing smoothly

📦 Sort & Breakdown Crew
(Some Lifting Required)
Help us begin closing down the sale.
What you’ll do:
• Sort unsold items
• Organize donations
• Prepare items for pickup or breakdown
🧹 End-of-sale heroes!
🏁 Breakdown & Pack-Up Crew
(Lifting Required)
The final push — and one of the most important teams!
What you’ll do:
• Take down racks, tables, and signage
• Pack and load equipment
• Leave the space clean and empty
💪 Physically demanding but incredibly appreciated.
If standing for 3 hours isn’t an option for you, no problem! Please sign up for a shift during the sale weekend, and we’ll find a sit-down job that works for you. 😊
All shifts are 3 hours, but we also have a limited number of shifts that don’t require you to be onsite at the sale. These include options like providing snacks for the WeeTeam, preparing a meal for the staff, or purchasing a gift card to support supply costs and giveaways.
These shifts are extremely popular and fill up FAST—often within minutes of online signup opening! Be ready to grab your spot as soon as it goes live! 🛍️✨
Working a setup or sorting/breakdown shift is mandatory—unless you’re signing up for just one (1) shift.
If you’re a 1-shift team member, you can choose any 3-hour shift that fits your schedule. 😊
Pregnant Team Members: If you are over 12 weeks pregnant, you are exempt from working a breakdown/sorting shift. 💕
WeeTeam Perks 🎉
All shifts are 3 hours and working a sorting/breakdown shift is mandatory unless you are only signed up to work for one (1) shift.
•Work 3 hours: Complete 1 shift of your choice.
•Perks: Consignor fee refund + shop at 4 PM.
•Work 6 hours: 1 shift of your choice + 1 mandatory sort/breakdown.
•Perks: Shop at 3 PM + consignor fee refund + earn 68%.
•Work 9 hours: 2 shifts of your choice + 1 mandatory setup or sort/breakdown.
•Perks: Shop at 2 PM + consignor fee refund + earn 71%.
•Work 12 hours: 3 shifts of your choice + 1 mandatory setup or sort/breakdown.
•Perks: Shop at 1 PM + consignor fee refund + earn 75%.
•Work 15 hours: 4 shifts of your choice + 1 mandatory setup or sort/breakdown.
•Perks: Shop at 12 PM + consignor fee refund + earn 78%.
Lead WeeTeam Member Role 💪✨
How are Lead WeeTeam Members selected?
•Based on past performance, seniority, and experience. 😊
What’s required?
•18 total hours spread across these shifts: Note – gift cards, meals, and snacks are not eligible.
• 📦 1 Organize Shift
• 🎉 3 Public Sale Shifts (VIP Night + Open-to-the-Community Days) Friday is a high need day!
• 🕐 2 Additional Onsite Shifts of Your Choice

Team Member Job Descriptions:
Assist consignors during drop-off by organizing and placing their items on the sales floor. This includes hanging inspected clothing and arranging toys, books, and other items in their designated sections.
Please note that as a Drop-Off Assistant, you are responsible for the initial inspection of toys and other items during consignor drop-off. Your role ensures that all items meet the quality standards and are ready to be placed on the sales floor for shoppers!
Assist at the register by supporting the cashier with counting items, ensuring all are scanned, and placing them into shopping bags. If you’re detail-oriented, enjoy interacting with people, and love to chat, this role is perfect for you!
Guide shoppers in line to the next available cashier to ensure a smooth and efficient checkout process.
Take responsibility for accurately scanning and processing customer purchases at checkout.
AFTER ALL DROP-OFFS ARE COMPLETED: Transform toys, baby gear, and more into beautifully organized, shopper-friendly displays. 🛍️✨ Your magic touch makes all the difference!
